Our Mission: We are dedicated to provide professional services that promote convenience and compassion. Furthermore, we are ultimately committed to treating our client’s pets as if they were our own, so the in the end, the love and care of our client’s pets has becomes our only business. Sit N’ Stay Specialty Pet Services was founded by Kristen Leckband. We are a company that has been developed on the basic principal that animals are a privilege to have in our lives; they are not just a possession. We honor each and every relationship that our client has with their pet. We intend on handling every client and their pet with regards to this relationship. Sit N’ Stay Specialty Pet Services will be following policies and procedures that will ensure a standard of care to maintain the safety and health of all the pets. These policies and procedures have been derived from all the highest requirements met by Kristen while working at veterinary hospitals over the years, so rest assured your pet will be in canines and felines, but avian and excotic animals, so if you have animals other than of the furry persuasion we can provide love and care for them as well. Furthermore, we are insured and bonded in the state of Florida to provide additional peace of mind to our clients that any time Sit N’ Stay Specialty Pet Services enters a home your property and your pet are protected. We are also members of Pet Sitters International (PSI) and National Association Professional Pet Sitters (NAPPS). Kristen Leckband is a former veterinary technician with approximately 12 years experience. Her years of experience and knowledge compounded with her education in Biology make her well equipped to handle pets and their needs. Kristen is very knowledgeable about veterinary hospital procedures and conducts herself in the manner that she became accustomed while working at the veterinary hospital. She also is Red Cross Pet Safety Certified which allows her to perform pet first aid and CPR in an emergency. Kristen has animals of her own who benefit from all of her love and knowledge: two dogs (Foster & Dexter, our newest edition to the family), an Guinea Pig (Milo), and a horse (Bo). |
